You know the pattern. You type in every job, every date, every bullet point, you get the preview looking right, and then the download button asks for an account, a “free” trial, or a payment to remove a watermark.

This one downloads.

Fill in the form, watch the page build itself beside it, and press Download PDF. No account, no email address, no watermark, no charge at the last step. You can keep several resumes at once, duplicate one to tailor it for a particular job, and switch between them from the dropdown.

One limitation is worth stating before you start: your resume lives in this browser and nowhere else. No account is holding a copy for you. Clear your browsing data, switch browsers, or work in a private window, and the draft goes with it.

That is what Export .json is for. It hands you a small file you own, and Import puts it back, here or on another computer.

Real text, in a single column

Download PDF opens your browser’s own print dialog, where you choose “Save as PDF”. There is no PDF library on this page. The browser’s print engine lays out the same document you were looking at, which is why the file holds selectable, searchable text instead of a picture of text.

The layout is deliberately plain: one column, real headings, in reading order, on Letter or A4 paper. A readout under the preview tells you how many pages you are running to.

That plainness is the point. Many employers run resumes through applicant tracking software before a person sees them, and what comes out scrambled is usually two-column layouts, text inside boxes, and text baked into an image. A single column of real text parses most reliably. No layout can guarantee that a particular system will read it correctly, and anyone who promises that is guessing.

Nothing leaves this browser

Your name, your address, your phone number, and every job you have ever held stay on this device.

This page has the shortest privacy disclosure on the site. It loads its own HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from this site, and nothing else at all: no analytics, no trackers, no third-party code, ever.

You do not have to take that on trust. Open developer tools, switch to the Network tab, and fill in the whole form. The request list stops growing once the page has loaded.

Your draft autosaves a moment after you stop typing, and the status line beside the buttons shows the time it last saved. “Clear my data” wipes every stored resume and asks for a second click first, so it cannot happen by accident. On a shared computer, export your file and clear your data before you walk away.

Where is my resume saved?

In this browser’s local storage, on this device only. It survives a refresh and a restart, but not clearing your browsing data, and it does not follow you to another browser or another computer. Export .json is the copy you keep, and Import brings it back, here or on another machine.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. The Edit and Preview buttons swap between the form and the page so neither is squeezed. Saving the PDF uses your mobile browser’s own print or share flow.
